About the Role
As a Repair Machinist, you will be responsible for building, disassembling, and assembling components for fixtures, assembly tools, machines, and prototype components. You will also maintain inventory of critical production components, interpret technical drawings, and adhere to safety protocols while working with standard toolroom equipment.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of four-years of High School, or equivalent.
- Technical machining abilities and understanding of fixtures and molds.
- Ability to set up and operate all standard toolroom equipment such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
Preferred:
- Completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate degree focused on machining apprenticeship.
- Five plus years of relevant experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Previous machining toolroom experience.
