About the Role

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality reports and dashboards for client meetings, leadership discussions, and internal performance reviews. Your tasks will include data collection and preparation, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, performing quality control on reports, and collaborating with various departments to understand reporting requirements. You will also engage with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of insights.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization design).
Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design and professional presentation formatting.
Ability to understand medical terminology, healthcare operations, and business metrics.
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Preferred:

Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
