About the Role
As the Reporting & Analytics Director, you will lead a team of analysts in developing methodologies and reporting systems for value-based care initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, partner with stakeholders for analytics enhancements, oversee analytics operations, and ensure data deliverables are accurate and reliable. Additionally, you will contribute to budgeting and resource allocation to ensure program scalability.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience leading project teams.
Preferred:
- In-depth experience with attribution engines; knowledge of PIMS and the Elevance Health platform.
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting value-based program attribution models.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, SAS, and Python.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data implications across programs.
