About the Role

As a Representative in the Support Center, you will be responsible for delivering service support to members and providers through various communication channels, conducting surveys related to health assessments, documenting inquiries, and collaborating with internal and external departments. You will also need to meet individual performance goals and demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.

About You

Required:

HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, CRM, Verint, Kronos, Microsoft Teams, Video Conferencing, CVS Caremark, and Availity.
