About the Role

About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
- Commitment to customer-oriented service and the operating goals of Planned Parenthood of Illinois.
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent experience.
- Previous professional experience with family planning services.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) software.
