- Master's degree in a relevant field; PhD preferred.
- 0+ years of experience with a PhD or 2+ years with a Master's in research and analysis.
- Strong analytic curiosity and creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience using programming tools for analyzing large datasets, such as Python, R, and MATLAB.
- Knowledge of research techniques.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
