About the Role
As a Research and Project Manager (PPM II), you will conduct literature reviews and environmental scans related to human services policy, summarize findings for staff and leadership, track relevant regulations, support cross-team initiatives, and assist in maintaining an inventory of evidence-based practices. You will also collaborate with teams to align research findings with performance frameworks and participate in equity-focused research efforts.
About You
Required:
- Completion of two years of formal education in public policy, social sciences, public health, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience conducting literature reviews, policy analysis, or research synthesis in an academic, nonprofit, or public-sector setting.
- One year of experience in human services programs or systems, such as housing, health, financial stability, or community resilience.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple research projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and social justice, including an understanding of systemic inequities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of research methods, program evaluation, or implementation science.
