Research Assistant Professor of Medicine Faculty Position, Division of Endocrinology

Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Research Assistant Professor of Medicine Faculty Position in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Pennsylvania, located in Philadelphia, PA.

As a Research Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for conducting research in transcriptional regulation, genomic architecture, and circadian biology, particularly in diabetes and obesity models. Your duties will include generating novel reagents for gene expression, developing mouse models, and analyzing large next-generation sequencing datasets. You will also be expected to secure and maintain extramural funding and contribute to the academic community through publications.
