About the Role
As a Research Associate/Engineer I, you will participate in a rotation program that includes three 6-month rotations in Technical Development. You will work with project teams to develop new manufacturing platforms for mRNA therapeutics and vaccines, apply your educational background, and learn technical skills in mRNA synthesis, lipid nanoparticle assembly, and drug product formulation. Responsibilities include generating experimental results, performing data analysis, supporting technology transfer, and optimizing formulation and processing conditions.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong fundamental scientific and engineering skills for evaluating experimental data.
Laboratory skills applicable to bioprocess development and analytical methods.
Preferred:
GPA of 3.5 on a 4 scale or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in high-performing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of GxP regulations (GxP, GMP, GLP).
