About You
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- Minimum 2-3 years of research or recruiting experience within a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter for market mapping and talent identification.
- Proven experience conducting comprehensive research and using databases to identify talent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working as part of a team, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience in executive recruiting, including outreach and candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated success in delivering search services for high-impact roles.
- Capability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting processes.
- Strong aptitude for learning new subject matter quickly.
