About the Role
As a Research Project Coordinator: Regional Trainer, you will coordinate training efforts for rural school coaches and teachers, monitor participants in the micro-credential program, collaborate with evaluation teams for assessments, and produce reports for regional and national conferences. The position requires travel to rural schools and flexibility in scheduling around school hours.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in education or special education.
- 5 years of teaching experience in public school.
- Experience working independently with multiple individuals with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Indigenous-serving schools and/or with Native American student populations.
- Elementary or Secondary teaching certificate.
- Experience as an Academic Instructional Coach.
- Experience in conference presentations.
- Experience with Canvas, Brightspace, or Blackboard online learning platforms.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
