As an Admin Research Project Manager, you will manage all project management and administrative aspects of two ongoing complex, multi-center, NIH- and foundation-funded clinical research projects. You will work closely with the PI to develop project timelines, assist with hiring and supervision of research coordinators, and organize meetings. You will also interact with the UCSF Pre-Award team for award set-up and with the Neurology Post-Award financial management staff to monitor spending and oversee budget projects. Additionally, you will collaborate on IRB amendments, prepare annual reports, and assist with data management and analysis.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
Interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.
Knowledge of administrative operational activities such as project management, event planning, risk management planning, and contracts and grants regulations.
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
