About the Role
As a Research Support Assistant, you will assist in the conduct of Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring compliance with trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. Your responsibilities will include subject recruitment, data management, and maintaining effective communication with study team members. You will also support the research team with administrative tasks and contribute to maintaining high standards of research practice.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in health science or related field, or 3 years equivalent administrative/professional experience, or 2 years clinical research experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and the public.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
