About the Role
As a Resident Assistant, you will provide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene. You will assist with mobility devices, housekeeping tasks, medication administration, and health monitoring. Additionally, you will participate in resident-centered activities and ensure safety in the living environment.

Required:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to assist with daily living activities.
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of medication administration and health monitoring.
Benefits
- Starting wage of $17.50-$19.00 per hour, including a shift differential.
- Flexible part-time schedule with 28 hours per 2-week pay period.
