About the Role
As a Resident Assistant/Care Aide, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, ensure their care needs are met, and maintain a clean and safe environment. You will also encourage resident participation in activities and report any changes in their conditions to the nursing staff.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- State Trained Nursing Assistant certification (if required by State).
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during Orientation.
Preferred:
- One (1) year experience in senior services.
- CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification.
Benefits
- $1,500 sign on bonus after 90 days of full time employment.
- Shift differential pay: $2.00 extra per hour on weekdays after 3pm, $4.00 extra per hour on weekends.
