About the Role

As the Resident Care Coordinator - Memory Care, you will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident. You will follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies while maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and in accordance with current regulations.

About You

Required:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN, LPN, CNA/NA, Medication Aide, or PCA as required within the state.
Current CPR or BLS certification.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Preferred:

LPN license.
Experience in memory care settings.
