Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee files, covering shifts, assisting residents with care, conducting audits, and managing schedules. This is a full-time, on-call position primarily during morning shifts.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience managing a senior living facility (2 years). Dementia unit experience is a plus.
- Ability to be on-call for all three shifts as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in conducting QA audits and managing care staff.
- Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills.
