About the Role
As a Resident Caregiver (Shahbaz), you will be responsible for protecting, sustaining, and nurturing elders by assisting them with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will provide care in a compassionate and respectful manner, ensuring the dignity and independence of each elder. Your duties will also include administering medications, documenting care, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for the elders.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- MI Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Six months to one year of related experience.
Preferred:
- Completed or ability to complete Green House Shabazim Program.
- Completed or ability to complete Basic First Aid course.
- Completed or ability to complete Serve Safe course.
