As a Resident Construction Manager, you will be responsible for conducting meetings with contractors and clients, drafting correspondence, negotiating change orders, evaluating claims, managing schedules, overseeing project controls, ensuring quality control, and coordinating public concerns. You will also manage construction inspection staff and provide direction to maintain client satisfaction.
