About the Role
As a Resident Hair Specialist, you will deliver hair services including consultations, haircuts, styling, and chemical treatments tailored to the unique needs of seniors. You will ensure a safe and welcoming environment, educate residents on hair care, and maintain a clean salon space while building meaningful relationships within the community.
About You
Required:
- Current Cosmetology License.
- Minimum of 3 years’ licensed experience in cosmetology.
- Proficiency in haircutting, styling, and chemical services.
- Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic demeanor.
Preferred:
- Experience working with senior clientele.
- A genuine desire to uplift others through service and connection.
