About the Role
As a Resident Lifestyle Assistant, you will engage residents in various activities aimed at promoting their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include leading group and one-on-one activities, facilitating games and exercise classes, coordinating external trips, and assisting in decorating for special events.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors, leading life enrichment activities.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
