About the Role
As a Resident Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for reducing risk factors and promoting safety throughout the facility. Your duties will include serving as the first point of contact for safety concerns, intervening and de-escalating situations, and making recommendations to improve safety policies. You will also engage in non-judgmental conversations to maintain relationships and provide a consistent presence.
About You
Required:
- Relevant experience in safety management, including de-escalation and/or conflict resolution.
- Experience working directly with vulnerable populations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to high-pressure environments and demonstrate sound judgment.
