About the Role
As a Resident Service Director/LPN, you will manage the daily operations of the nursing department, conduct assessments, develop care plans, supervise nursing staff, and act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
About You
Required:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state applying.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a long-term care or assisted living environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, including assessment and care planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
