Turning Point, Inc. is seeking a Residential Assistant Program Manager to join their team in Amesbury, MA. The role involves assisting the Program Manager in providing support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a residential setting.
About the Role
As a Residential Assistant Program Manager, you will take a leadership role in maintaining a safe environment, ensuring the human rights and safety of individuals, and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP). Your responsibilities will include supervising daily living activities, assisting with transportation, following behavior plans, completing documentation, and engaging positively with individuals and their families.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or G.E.D required.
- A minimum of 5 years direct support residential experience with developmentally disabled individuals or individuals with traumatic brain injury.
- Current First Aid, CPR, MAP, Human Rights Advocate, and PABC certifications.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree or pursuing a degree.
- Prior staff training and/or leadership experience.
