Summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Full-Time Residential Coach to join their team in Plainville, CT. The role involves providing direct supervision, daily care, and support services for adolescent females in a therapeutic residential program.

About the Role

As a Residential Coach, you will perform duties involving care, custody, maintenance, educational and recreational planning for youth. You will counsel and advise girls, contribute to a safe program culture, facilitate skills development groups, and maintain a gender-specific, culturally competent environment. Additionally, you will transport girls to appointments, implement behavior motivation systems, and respond to crisis situations while ensuring compliance with agency policies.

About You

Required:

Associate’s Degree preferred in Human Service or related field, with at least six months of relevant experience, or a minimum of two years of professional experience in human services.
Familiarity with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Spanish in oral and written communication.
Ability to work with challenging youth and families.
