About the Role
As a Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for fostering a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents, supporting participants in planning and achieving their personal recovery goals, teaching and reinforcing essential daily living skills, engaging individuals in both in-house and community-based activities, and maintaining clear and timely documentation.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 6 months with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands and ensure resident safety
- Proficiency with basic computer and office tasks
- Successful completion of a CORI (background check)
