About the Role
As a Residential Home Supervisor, you will be responsible for the administrative management of a specialized residential home, ensuring the safety and rights of residents, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Your duties will include staff recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and fostering relationships with case managers and support organizations. You will also oversee the implementation of individual care plans, manage the home’s budget, and ensure the home is maintained in good condition.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of high school education with proof of diploma/certificate.
- At least one year of experience in human services or a related field.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
Preferred:
- Certification in CPR and Basic First Aid.
- Experience in conflict resolution and staff supervision.
- Completion of relevant training modules or college credit hours.
