About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits. Your daily tasks will include performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and residential service calls, as well as completing detailed service notes and documentation using field service software. You will also need to accurately track labor hours and materials used, follow company procedures and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
About You
Required:
- EPA Certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using mobile devices and service software.
