About the Role
As a Residential Loan Processor, you will be responsible for establishing and processing new loans and renewals, completing data entries, preparing loan documentation, and responding to customer inquiries regarding loan balances and payments. You will also assist in administrative duties for lenders, ensure compliance with delivery requirements for secondary market loans, and maintain accurate loan reports.
About You
Required:
- Relevant 4-year college or 2-year degree from technical college with work experience; or five years or more related experience and/or training and high school diploma or GED.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation software and the Bank's core loan system.
Preferred:
- Experience in processing residential and HELOC loans.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
