About the Role

As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both minor and major repairs, implementing regular and preventive maintenance programs, and communicating with the Maintenance Director regarding the condition of buildings and equipment. Your daily tasks will include handling biohazardous waste, maintaining clean and orderly facilities, demonstrating mechanical skills, and performing general maintenance work such as light electrical, painting, and carpentry.

About You

Required:

Familiarity with emergency procedures for chemical misuse.
Ability to learn new skills and techniques as needed.
Demonstrated proper usage of chemicals and equipment.
