Summary
Upstate Cerebral Palsy is seeking a Residential Manager (Monday through Friday) to oversee the daily shift operations of their residential facility in Sauquoit, NY.
About the Role
As a Residential Manager, you will coordinate staff training, ensure the implementation of Individual Program Plans (IPP), oversee the safety and well-being of individuals, and maintain accurate records and reports. You will also monitor the operation and condition of the building and supplies, problem-solve daily issues, and advocate for individuals to be integrated into community life.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree in Human Services or related field, BS/BA preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (Including Windows Office Suite).
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.
