Summary

About the Role
As a Residential Manager, you will supervise the provision of assistance to individuals served, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological well-being. You will monitor staff compliance with agency procedures, conduct performance reviews, participate in recruitment, and oversee staff training. Additionally, you will ensure a safe environment, manage budgets, and promote the individuality of the clients served.
About You
Required:
- One year of supervisory experience required.
- Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Science in Business, Health Care Administration or a Social Science OR high school diploma/General Education Diploma and equivalent work experience of three years in brain injury services or residential services for individuals with disabilities.
Preferred:
- Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
