Summary

About the Role
As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of residential programs. This includes supervising and mentoring Direct Support Professionals, ensuring compliance with legal and medical guidelines, and maintaining documentation of service provisions. You will also participate in hiring processes, train staff, and provide hands-on support and care to residents.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3 years of experience in the field of ID/DD or a related field.
- 1 year of managerial experience.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- AMAP Certification.
- SCIP Certification.
- Valid NYS Driver's License.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and reliable decision-making skills.
