About the Role

As a Residential Manager, you will provide guidance and oversight to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Lead DSPs, ensuring a positive, person-centered environment. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, training support, performance monitoring, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality assurance efforts. You will also handle medical coordination, on-call coverage, and general program oversight, playing a vital role in helping individuals live fulfilling, self-directed lives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the IDD field, including 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
Valid Driver’s license for at least 3 years and ability to travel between assigned sites.
Act 13 and 33 clearances.

Preferred:

Post Secondary Education in the field of human services.
Willingness to complete the Front Line Supervisor NADSP Training within 1 year of hire.

Benefits

Full-time, salaried position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
On-call responsibilities with 24/7 coverage Monday-Friday & every other weekend.
Compensation of $60,000/yr.

Services are provided via licensed group homes, semi-independent living apartments, in-home support services, adult training programs, and vocational services. TLC's purpose is to provide supports and services to assist individuals with disabilities to live a normal life in the community. TLC helps individuals become active members of their community.
