About the Role
As a Residential Nurse Manager, you will manage and coordinate new admissions, communicate with clinics and pharmacies for client medical care, supervise and develop staff, ensure safe medication administration, and maintain infection control standards. You will also document interactions and incidents, audit controlled substances, and provide backup for medical coordinators as needed.
About You
Required:
- Current licensure as LPN or RN
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Willingness to learn and grow in the position
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to receive required vaccinations
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Passion for community service and helping others
