Summary

About the Role
As a Residential Program Director, you will provide leadership and oversight for residential program operations across multiple sites, supervise and support program staff, ensure compliance with policies, oversee client care using trauma-informed practices, and support staff development through training and mentoring.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Active clinical license (LSW, LMHC-A, etc.).
- Experience in program management and supervising staff.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced licensure (LCSW, LMHC, etc.).
- Specialized credentials (CSAYC, EMDR, TF-CBT, etc.).
- Commitment to professional integrity and trauma-informed care.
