About the Role

As a Residential Program Supervisor II, you will assist individuals with disabilities in increasing their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include participating in individual planning, collaborating with care teams, promoting recreational activities, assisting with meal planning, scheduling medical appointments, and providing training to staff. You will also manage staffing schedules to ensure support needs are met.

About You

Required:

A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or equivalent experience.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred:

An associate degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
A diploma in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and four years of relevant experience.
