As a Residential Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services in various settings, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your duties will include developing and monitoring programs, managing case management and financial reviews, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS in Business, Health Care Administration or related discipline, or High school diploma/GED with equivalent work experience of 3 years.
- 3 years of management experience in a multi-site environment.
- Valid driver's license and approved motor vehicle driving record.
Preferred:
- Exposure to developmental disabilities environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
