About the Role
As a Residential Shift Supervisor-Patient Care, you will conduct rounds of patient houses, monitor and assist with patient programs, prepare performance evaluations, and ensure the safety of patients and staff. You will work in a 24/7 residential facility, which may include various shifts and responsibilities such as transporting patients and performing administrative duties.
About You
Required:
- High school graduation or G.E.D. required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the performance of Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist duties.
Preferred:
- Completion of CNS Learn to Earn program.
- Experience in administrative and supervisory roles.
