Summary

About the Role
As a Residential Specialist, you will maintain clinical records, educate clients and their families about substance use treatment, observe clients' mental and physical health, facilitate group activities, and ensure client safety. You will also assist clients with behavior management and comply with professional ethics and standards.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders or crisis situations.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Preferred:
- Ohio CDCA or SWA certification
