About the Role
As a Residential Support Specialist, you will provide individualized care by developing and implementing tailored care plans, assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration, implement behavioral support plans using positive reinforcement, facilitate community integration through recreational activities and social events, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, person-centered care.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver License with ability to drive an organization vehicle
- Access to transportation for local travel
- Act 33/34/73 Clearances
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Physical/TB test
- Successful completion of Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of employment
