Control Risks is inviting speculative applications for the position of Resilience professional in their embedded consulting talent pool across the US, including remote and onsite opportunities.
About the Role
As a Resilience professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resilience program development and training. This role involves providing business continuity resources, developing crisis response plans, and improving client resilience programs. You will be part of a talent pool that will be drawn upon when new roles become available.
About You
Required:
- A minimum bachelor's degree.
- Relevant business continuity experience.
- Industry certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, ISO22301.
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate trends impacting the organization.
- Understanding of BCM governance frameworks and business continuity best practices.
- Strong understanding of operational risk and resilience.
- Ability to work well under pressure during emergency responses.
- Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing BC frameworks and conducting BC exercises.
- Proven ability to implement crisis management exercises and trainings.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work alongside a global team.
- Proactive in articulating ideas and demonstrating resilience in difficult situations.
