Summary
TALENT Software Services is seeking a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics/RRT to join their team in Winston Salem, NC. The role involves working in med/surg and ICU step-down units, and possibly in the ED, providing care for patients from adolescents to geriatrics.
About the Role
As a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics/RRT, you will be responsible for practicing at the top of your license within a large respiratory care department. Your daily tasks will include airway management, medication administration, vent management, and utilizing various respiratory therapies and equipment. You will work 12-hour night shifts, caring for a patient ratio of 35-45 per day, and will be required to be on-call as needed.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ER, Adult ICU, Med/Surg, and ICU/Stepdown.
- Proficiency in airway management, medication administration, vent management, ABGs, O2 therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP, vest therapy, Meta-neb, PAP therapy, and heated high-flow.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NC License, and RRT Credentials.
Preferred:
- Experience with bronchoscopes.
- Certification: NRP.
