About the Role
As a Respiratory Supervisor, you will supervise the TeleCare team, manage care management software processes, train staff, handle scheduling, prepare data reports, and ensure the accuracy of patient enrollment in Chronic Care Programs. You will also be responsible for team member reviews, coaching, and maintaining equipment logs while supporting purchasing escalations and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Valid RCP License
- Valid RRT CA License
- High School diploma
- Three (3) years’ experience in customer service or transaction processing in a Managed Care setting
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Advantage Part D health plan enrollment activities
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Access
- Understanding of Android and IOS systems
