Summary

About the Role
As a Respiratory Supervisor, you will supervise the TeleCare team, manage care management software processes, train staff, conduct team meetings, prepare data reports, and ensure the accuracy of patient enrollment in Chronic Care Programs. You will also handle team member scheduling, provide coaching, and support purchasing escalations while traveling for team oversight as needed.
About You
Required:
- Valid RCP License
- Valid RRT CA License
- High School diploma
- Three (3) years’ experience in customer service or transaction processing in a Managed Care setting
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Advantage Part D health plan enrollment activities
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Access
- Understanding of Android and IOS systems
