About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting care for patients with respiratory issues. You may also take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of a supervisor. The position requires working the 3rd shift from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including rotating weekends and holidays.
About You
Required:
- Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification or obtained within three months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire and maintained current.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire and maintained current or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree.
- Two years of acute care experience.
