- Certificate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
