About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will administer and manage respiratory therapy treatments, perform tracheostomy care, provide pulmonary care, conduct assessments, educate patients and families, maintain equipment, collaborate with healthcare teams, and document treatments accurately. You will also assist in developing care protocols and stay updated with advances in the field.
About You
Required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a respiratory therapy role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting.
- Valid respiratory therapist state license (where applicable).
Preferred:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
