- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Registered Respiratory Therapist license issued by Florida or a Compact State
- Three years of Acute Care experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Certified Respiratory Therapy (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) certification
- Adult Critical Care Specialty (ACCS) certification
