Summary
Apria is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join their team in New Berlin, WI. The role involves managing the provision of prescribed respiratory therapy modalities to patients at home who have difficulty breathing.
About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, provide instructions to patients and caregivers, perform clinical assessments, and maintain patient records. You will work closely with physicians to ensure effective treatment and follow-up care, and respond to critical situations as needed.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice.
- Hold a current CPR Certification.
Preferred:
- At least one year related experience.
